Aldehyde Ketone Condensation Compound Dispersant
When preparing high-density cement slurry for medium-temperature oil and gas well cementing, excessive slurry consistency often leads to high pump pressure, slow displacement speed and even pumping blockage during long-distance downhole delivery. Our Aldehyde Ketone Condensation Compound Dispersant FC-F10S is developed to optimize cement slurry rheological performance, effectively solving poor fluidity issues in various cementing formula systems.
Combined with polycarboxylic acid as the composite component, this dispersant delivers stronger dispersion capacity than traditional common cement additives. After being mixed evenly into cement slurry, it can fully separate cement particles, cut down slurry consistency obviously, lower on-site pumping pressure and accelerate overall cementing construction progress. Meanwhile, it allows you to properly reduce the dosage of mixing water, so you can prepare denser cement slurry to achieve better casing sealing effects.
This dispersant works steadily under working temperatures up to 180℃. It features excellent formula compatibility, matching well with our fluid loss additives, retarders and defoamers. It will not hold back the compressive strength development of set cement, which guarantees reliable long-term zonal isolation after construction is completed. We have verified its stable rheological performance through repeated laboratory tests with standard Class G oil well cement, and all test data fully meets conventional oilfield cementing construction requirements.

From actual field usage experience, this dispersant is widely applicable to fresh water, brine conventional cement slurry systems. Many construction teams use it to optimize slurry rheology for onshore medium-temperature vertical wells, directional wells and water injection well cementing projects. Since it will not cause abnormal thickening or over-retarding problems when used within the recommended dosage range, it has become one of the most commonly used cement flow improvers in matching high-density anti-collapse cement formulas.
For storage and on-site operation, please seal the product packaging tightly and store the rufous powder in cool, dry and ventilated warehouses to avoid moisture agglomeration. Operators need to wear dust-proof protective gear during feeding to prevent respiratory irritation caused by fine powder inhalation.
