Polycarboxylic Acid Dispersant

Once added into cement slurry, this liquid dispersant attaches firmly to the surface of cement particles. The electrostatic repulsion generated between identical charged ions effectively breaks up cement particle agglomeration, greatly cutting slurry consistency and optimizing overall rheological properties. One practical detail field engineers need to note is that the thickening time of cement slurry will extend slightly as you increase the dosage of this dispersant, so it is necessary to match a proper retarder if you require a longer safe pumping window.

The recommended dosage range in field construction is 0.5% to 2.0% by weight of cement. This additive mixes uniformly with fresh water, brine cement slurry systems, and shows stable compatibility with most conventional cementing additives like fluid loss agents and defoamers. Different from ordinary dispersants, this polycarboxylic acid formula supports fast early strength development of hardened cement stone, which helps shorten waiting time for pressure testing after well cementing.

FC-F20L is supplied as a clear to pale yellow transparent liquid. Its density is controlled at 1.05±0.05 g/cm³ with a pH value between 6 and 7. A very low pour point below -15 ℃ ensures normal transportation and on-site use even in cold winter regions, without freezing or component separation inside sealed barrels.

Store this liquid dispersant in cool, ventilated warehouses away from direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly sealed to avoid solvent volatilization and accidental contamination. Operators should wear protective gloves and safety goggles during dosing to prevent direct contact with skin and eyes.
