High Temperature Spacer
FC-S60S high temperature spacer is a specially formulated cementing powder blended with multiple thermally stable polymers. It serves as critical isolation fluid during oil, gas well cementing operations for high-temperature downhole environments.
This high temperature spacer delivers outstanding suspension property and broad fluid compatibility. When displacing annulus drilling mud, it builds a reliable barrier to keep drilling fluid and cement slurry apart, eliminating mixed slurry contamination that causes poor cement bonding. The product supports flexible density adjustment ranging from 1.0 g/cm³ up to 2.2 g/cm³. After 24 hours static standing, vertical density difference of prepared spacer fluid stays below 0.10 g/cm³, effectively preventing heavy solid settlement under elevated well temperatures.

Field Application
FC-S60S high temperature spacer is primarily used for primary cementing of deep hot oil wells, gas wells and injection wells. It flushes residual drilling mud before cement placement, minimizes annular channeling and micro-annulus risks. For medium and shallow wells without extreme bottomhole temperature, our medium-low temperature spacer grade can be selected as an alternative.
