Water Based Filtration Reducer
FC-FR200S water based filtration reducer is a high-performance polymer fluid loss additive, formulated as a direct alternative to DRISTEMP for harsh water-based mud applications. It's copolymerized from AMPS/NN and complementary anti-salt monomers.
Built-in hydrolysis-resistant molecular chains boost thermal stability up to 230°C, while abundant -CONH2, -SO3H and -COOH functional groups bind free water tightly to form compact filter cakes and cut fluid loss. This powder mixes seamlessly with all standard water-based mud additives without disrupting mud rheology.
